TOUR OPERATIONS

The BIG BAND JAM! has been infinitely successful in fulfilling itineraries over the years with school ensembles from California to Canada to Europe. We have access to entertainment, lodging, transportation, hospitality and dining all at affordable prices. If you have any apprehensions you may consult with those schools that have successfully attended our event in the past. We look forward to working with you and your group too.

The BIG BAND JAM! offers unique performance and non-performance opportunities for jazz bands. Performing bands enjoy the opportunity to perform at many famous venues with an audience! Non-performing groups can have priority access to master classes and event attendance/seating. All groups must be prepared to pay a total fee of $500 (which helps offset our costs), and is refundable up to 30 days prior to the start of the BIG BAND JAM!.

This form will initiate the process and provide your group or ensemble a placeholder position for our own programming purposes. Presently we have identified dozens of classes, clinics, tours, adjudications, exhibits and performances that are free but require reservations. We will be more than happy to accommodate you if you would first consult our calendar, fill in the inquiry form and submit it via this Website. Once you have contacted us we will follow up soon.
